The First Nations Health Managers Association is a national association committed to designing and delivering training, certification and professional development for individuals who provide health services to First Nations. Their certification program leads to the Certified First Nations Health Manager professional designation, which focuses on balancing inherent ways of knowing with sound management principles.

Indigenous Physicians Association of Canada
The Indigenous Physicians Association of Canada (IPAC) derives its authority from the teachings of Indigenous ancestors, from the legitimacy of the history of Indigenous experiences and from Indigenous communities and peoples. As an organization of contemporary medicine people, IPAC recognizes the health inequities of Indigenous people and communities who look to IPAC for leadership and knowledge. They believe it is their responsibility and right to come together to help improve other Indigenous peoples' physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, and to impact the determinants of Indigenous health.
National Collaborating Centre for Indigenous Health
The National Collaborating Centre for Indigenous Health (NCCIH) supports a renewed public health system in Canada that is inclusive and respectful of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples. Using a holistic, coordinated and strengths-based approach to health, the NCCIH fosters links between evidence, knowledge, practice and policy while advancing self-determination and Indigenous knowledge in support of optimal health and well-being.
National Consortium for Indigenous Medical Education
The National Consortium for Indigenous Medical Education supports national medical education organizations in:
- assessing Indigenous studies
- identifying cultural safety and anti-racism initiatives
- increasing admissions and transitions of Indigenous students' medical education
- developing accountable admissions processes and improving cultural safety in curriculum
