Indigenous Peoples' experiences implementing the Act
Learn through videos and stories about how Indigenous community members and leaders have used the framework of An Act Respecting First Nations, Inuit and Métis children, youth and families (the Act) to:
- operate their own Indigenous child and family services laws
- assert their inherent rights over their child and family services
- sign coordination agreements with Canada and the province or territory where their laws will apply
